Commonly helpdesk issues are regarded as either incidents or change requests. Incidents refer to events that occur such as when something stops working or breaks. Change Requests refer to a change that needs to be made to the IT environment such as permissions changes or setting up new users.

Please include as much detail about your issue or request and our team will prioritise the ticket accordingly and address it as soon as possible.
Email requests are preferable as they assist us to generate a ticket using your contact information.
We can include limited support for phones and tablets for services we already provide. We can provide basic troubleshooting for these devices. However unable to provide hardware support and sales for mobile devices. For example we can help you add email, or help find why a device is not working, but we can’t replace screens or open repair devices.
As part of our on-boarding and documentation we will develop and make available forms to assist in working with our team. These can be developed as required.

Most of our devices include warranty which we specify with your purchase.
Monday to Friday 9:00am through to 5:00pm AWST (excluding Western Australia Public Holidays ). Options for extended support hours available.
After hours user support is available 24 x 7 x 365 for critical issues.
After hours support for non-critical issues will be charged at the after hours rate.
