About Little IT Co

We want to be the IT company Perth small businesses call first. Not because of a contract, but because we actually sort things out.

The little story

Integrated Expertise, Under One Roof

Little wasn't just built, it evolved. We realised early on that businesses don't want five different tech vendors. So we brought together expertise in IT management, cloud infrastructure, AI, and digital marketing under one roof.

Our journey began in 2016 when James and Petch co-founded 'Little Data Co', with James also establishing 'Little Web Co' that same year. This laid the groundwork for a unified vision of integrated technology services.

Service Desk

First response for day-to-day issues by phone, email or portal. We triage, fix and escalate with context rather than starting again.

Field & On-Site

Perth-based engineers for the work that can't be done remotely — installs, cabling, relocations, hardware swaps and site audits.

Security

Looks after the security stack: endpoint detection, identity protection, email filtering, patch compliance and incident response.

Projects & Strategy

Migrations, rollouts and roadmaps — scoped up front, run to a plan, and reported in language a director can act on.
